Personal Assistant

Part-Time Position

"Be the Right Hand. Be the Difference."

Saunders Management Group, LLC is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to serve as the right hand to the CEO. You will manage tasks, run errands, support projects across multiple organizations and clients, and act on behalf of the CEO when they are unavailable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run errands and complete in-person tasks as required.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of multiple projects and partnerships.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and organizations.
  • Travel as needed for meetings, site visits, and project support.
  • Maintain detailed records, calendars, and documentation.
  • Participate in Zoom and video conferences to relay information and updates.
  • Act as the CEO's second hand and decision-maker in their absence.
  • Meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Comfortable with Zoom, video chats, and constant communication.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative or project support experience preferred.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Willingness to dedicate the time needed to complete projects correctly and efficiently.
  • Passion for service and excellence.
$ Pay & Compensation
$7.25 / hr

South Carolina Minimum Wage — starting rate.


Bonus potential available based on project completion, accuracy, and timeliness. A percentage of every project taken on will be added to your pay.

Performance + Production = Increased Earnings.

  • Some tasks will be performed in person.
